Crusty Ciabatta Rolls hold a warm and delicious mixture of artichoke hearts, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, scallions and fresh basil.
  • 6 pieces Ciabatta Rolls
  • One (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts quarters, drain
  • 1/2 cup regular or light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (* or substitute 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese)
  • 6 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, optional
  • Dash of hot sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place Cibatta Rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide mixture and spread on top of each roll.
  4. Bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each roll in half and serve.
