Crusty Ciabatta Rolls hold a warm and delicious mixture of artichoke hearts, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, scallions and fresh basil.

6 pieces Ciabatta Rolls
One (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts quarters, drain
1/2 cup regular or light mayonnaise
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (* or substitute 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese)
6 sundried tomatoes, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon lemon zest, optional
Dash of hot sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place Cibatta Rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide mixture and spread on top of each roll.
Bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each roll in half and serve.
