shakeology-and-fibromyalgiaI recently shared a post about Fibromyalgia.
I also suffer from Fibro and one of the things that has helped me is the TENS units and Muscle stimulators.  I can’t always get into the physical therapist, so I started researching buying a unit for home use. I found a great site: They offer  TENS UnitsMuscle Stimulators, and Ultrasound Units for Pain Relief,  Rehabilitation and more!

  13. Good information.

Another recommendation — if you don’t mind — visit an occupational therapist. Bloggers and others who spend a lot of time on social media/computers tend to have bad habits when it comes to their working environment. My sister in law is an OT and helped me tremendously by rearranging my workspace to make it better for my posture. She gave me stretches to do and helped me develop a work/break schedule to keep the eyes and shoulders from wearing out. With her help, I’m a much healthier writer and suffer much less pain!
